When the old site introduced comments, turns out a lot of us were scared to comment because we've seen the toxic in most internet comment sections. More and more of us inched our way out, surprised we were supported instead of attacked, and a few of us created the foundation of the supportive community we have here. Over time, we've grown our group even to the point where someone will notice that one of us are not ourselves and will speak up and check on them, and be there to talk.
So many of us have felt this way (the post) so many times, and it's TRULY a miracle that all of us have people to talk to at any time, because since we are all over this planet, one of us is awake 24/7. And I've noticed another unique thing about us is that no matter how many times one of us is going through the same or similar thing, we never get fed up and give up on each other. Out of so many of us, not once has someone said they give up on one of us, and that is love and patience that some of us don't even get a fraction of from some of our families.
