Never heard of this, I don't think I've ever had a patient like this. What makes this even worse is that in my last CPR training, we were told not to give un-barriered CPR to someone who may have done hard drugs thinking it's okay because of being siblings, etc.... BECAUSE IF YOU GIVE SOMEONE CPR WHO IS OVERDOSING ON A DRUG YOU DON'T FUCK WITH, YOU WILL DIE because the drug is all over their membranes at their OD level. And if you put your mouth on them to ressuccitate them, those drugs go right into your system, and being that you don't have ANY type of tolerance/experience with it, the user AND the life saver wind up dying of overdose.
