OK, it's a Swedish ad but..., this now 81 year old lives in my town, talked to him a few times, fashinating human. He just had to aborted his solo sail from Norway to New Zealand, said his muscles were getting to weak...poor guy.
Two quotes from him "the first month or two being alone at sea is the time you need to adjust, then you'll get used to it". Another funny quote is whe he was younger and were sailing and stopped at an remote island with almost no contact to the rest of the world "I stayed there for a couple of months and helped them to fight their inbreeding problems"
