In the post this was in, they said this induces sleep so much so that you can't drive with it on because of how it makes you drift off to sleep. I'm playing this now... I can't open my eyes much because of the effect, and I just hit my head on my laptop....
Update: I feel asleep sitting straight up during this and hit my head on my laptop....
