This is Scott Morrison, Australia's Prime Minister. Early 2020, in the middle of the worst bushfire season in a hundred years, he and his family went to Hawaii, without even letting the Australian public know that he was out of the country. Even his official Office of the Prime Minister were unable to tell enquiring reporters where he was and who was in charge if in fact he was out of the country.
